NISL Referee Crew Requirements
Match officials must be current year U.S.S.F certified referees. The match officials shall consist of the Referee and two Assistant Referees except for 5 v 5 & 7 v 7 matches that shall be played with one Referee (but may be played with three if assigned by the Home Club). It is the preference of NISL that 9 v 9 matches are played with three Referees, but if referee availability is an issue, one Referee will suffice.
