The Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) is expanding, and we're excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Manager of Soccer Operations to join our team and help support the continued growth of our league.
Founded in 1975, the NISL has a proud tradition of developing young athletes and supporting clubs across the Chicagoland area. As we look to the future, we're investing in new staff to strengthen our operations, deliver outstanding service to our member clubs, and continue elevating the quality of the youth soccer experience.

The Manager of Soccer Operations will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day functions of league play, coordinating logistics, and supporting the delivery of key events. This individual will work closely with NISL leadership, club administrators, coaches, and referees to ensure smooth and successful league operations throughout the year.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They should have a strong understanding of soccer and youth sports administration, and a passion for the sport.
Areas of focus include:
- League Registration, Seeding, Scheduling, and team communication
- Admin support for NISL teams
- Event planning and execution
- Data management and reporting
